This policy covers this website and how Proofmark Media, LLC ("we") handles information we receive from businesses and visitors. Each of our products also has its own privacy policy, which covers the data that product handles.
What we collect
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to send, used only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.
- When you buy a subscription: business name, contact name, email and billing details. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
- When you visit this site: standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) processed by our hosting and security provider to deliver and protect the site. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use it
To provide and bill for our services, answer questions, keep our systems secure and meet legal obligations. We never sell or rent personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
Who handles it
Service providers that host our systems, deliver email and process payments, each only for that purpose and under confidentiality obligations.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed for the purposes above. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
